  Sure the spaces are a little close together, like anything else in the bay area. But the price for monthly rent here is unbeatable. I've been here about a month and it is peaceful and quiet. You can hear a bit of distant freeway noise but it's not loud.
  
  I was concerned about crime at first due to the surroundings but it seems that having so many neighbors in such proximity keeps theft down.
  
  Most of the residents I've met are workers who are temporarily in the area, and a handful of retirees. The sites at the front are for short term people who generally stay a few days.
  
  The office staff here is wonderful. Friendly and accommodating. The common areas are well kept. Decent laundry facility.
