  Horrible bank. Recently sold our car to someone going through a loan with this bank. Customer service is horrible. Loan officer Kim is completely clueless and you can't get a hold of her. She doesn't return phone calls. The manager doesn't return phone calls either. My advice is to go anywhere else but here. I'm still in shock at how bad it is here and I am so happy I don't have an account with them.

  This Credit Union should be called "NO HELP" Credit Union, and this comes from a Member that had an Account there since 1964! If I could Rate them at NO STARS I would.
