  They say you can call and make an appointment. I arrived 15 min early and waited 30 min because the hairdresser that I wanted (Velvet) was still with a client when I arrived. When she was done I expected to be the next since I have an appointment and already waited 30 minutes but she said there was another one ahead of me! I said why did you ask me to come at a certain time if you're going to take walk-ins?
