  Sundance is one of the nicer apartment complexes to live in Vallejo. One of its greatest assets is the peaceful environment. I always enjoyed coming home, though I did not enjoy my unit all that much. The complex is taken care of quite well, very beautifully kept. I can't speak the same of my unit. I moved in less than a year ago and had problems from the first week. My outer wall leaked and they did a less than acceptable job of mold/mildew remediation. The same wall leaked most of the winter and after multiple attempts to repair, looks like a blind man tried to stucco the inside of the unit. There were many other minor issues that I feel they should have, but did not, take care of, but after months of repeated calls and tons of aggravation, I decided to just move, once my lease was up. The only two complaints that were addressed to some degree of satisfaction was my kitchen sink's link and my dishwasher replacement. But since I agreed to pay for the upgraded package, I don't feel like they fixed the per-existing issue.
  So that I don't sound completely negative or unhappy with the staff, I'll say that the office staff, outside of Brandon, were great with how they dealt with me (not my issues). They were friendly, polite, respectful and always professional. The maintenance crew always did a pretty decent cleanup once they finished their work. They too are friendly, polite, respectful and always professional.
  This is my opinion and reflection of my personal experiences only.
